Bendy BV built all apps as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Bendy BV and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the temporary collection of e-mailadress and passwords, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service. 

Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner. Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools — by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document.

Deleting account

You can at any time choose to cancel/end your account at your convenience. We will cease storing and processing your personal data if your user account/registration is terminated, if you request rectification or erasure, or opt out from marketing, unless it is necessary for us under the applicable purposes to store or process the relevant personal data for a longer time (e.g. for book-keeping purposes).
